The Rascal Demon – Deadsol

Deadsol

“Shadow? What is shadow when all is night? Nothing is shadow at all!”

“Damn it all. It’s you,” hissed Libra.

“A prominent man should always make a prominent entry!” replied Deadsol gallantly.

“You should have knocked. What do you want?”

“But a moment, Lady Libra. A tete-a-tete, it would seem!”

The mischievous Deadsol is a figure of colourful whimsy within the otherwise gloomy abode that is Tenebrae Manor. His mannerisms are that of a harlequin, to such a point that he is rarely taken seriously. This matters little to the copper demon, who, with Comets as his diligent lackey, cause all kinds of trouble to the jaded residents that share the walls of the manor. Inspired by the geniuses of Russian literature, Deadsol’s character is one that impresses upon the reader that life, even in moments of perpetual darkness, can be made jovial.
