On Sunday 28th February 2016, I will be partaking in a 7.5km run as part of Alzheimer’s Australia’s attempt to raise awareness for dementia and Alzheimer’s. Dementia is the single greatest cause of disability for Australians over 65 years old, with 1 in 4 people affected by it. Younger people can be diagnosed with it as well.
